Automatic Calculation
The system automatically calculates your refund amount.
Refund Processing
The refund amount is transferred to your payment card.
Account Credit
Reflects in your account within 1-7 business days.
Important: Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank. Most refunds are completed within 1-7 business days.
Business Rights
- Cancellation requests cannot be made within the last 24 hours.
- For cancellations 1-2 days before, 50% payment is made to the business.
- For business-initiated cancellations, 100% refund is provided to the customer.
Parent Rights
- Free cancellation right 3+ days before (5% platform fee)
- Full refund guarantee for business-initiated cancellations
- Special consideration request for health issues
Exceptional Circumstances
Health Issues
Special consideration is given when a doctor's report is submitted.
Force Majeure
Full refund for natural disasters, pandemics, etc.
Business Cancellation
100% refund when the business cancels.
